What are natural sweets?

It is also prepared by drying dates. Soak it in water overnight and consume it in the morning on an empty stomach or in breakfast.

2. Honey- Its taste makes everyone greedy. According to Ayurveda, every person must eat at least one spoon of honey every day. Just keep in mind that do not consume it by mixing it in hot milk or hot water. Honey is not eaten with any hot thing.

3. Jaggery- Jaggery is the best form of unrefined sugar. You can use it in everything instead of refined sugar. Although consuming jaggery with milk is prohibited in Ayurveda. Because jaggery also contains a small amount of salt. You can use jaggery to satisfy sweet cravings after meals.

4. Mishri- It is also called rock candy. Mishri is considered very sacred not only for taste and health but also spiritually. That’s why in some places it is also called ‘Sita-mithai’.
